How does CERTAS care work?
Activating the alarm
This can be done either manually by pressing the button on the watch or automatically by the fall detector if the wearer remains motionless for a prolonged period.
Establishing contact
The emergency call device will automatically establish contact. Depending on the service selected, the emergency call is forwarded to you (friends and family) or to the CERTAS 24/7 alarm centre.
On-site intervention
Depending on the selected service, arrival of neighbourhood assistance or professional rescue services to resolve the situation.
Reporting
If the alarm is handled by the Certas control centre, a special report
